Volume
Most junk removal is priced by how much space your items take up in our truck or trailer. You pay for what you actually fill.
Labor & access
Heavy items, tight basements, steep attic stairs, and multi-floor carries take more crew time, which factors into the price.
Disposal & recycling
Some materials carry dump or recycling fees. We fold those in upfront so the number you hear is the number you pay.
Scope (for big jobs)
Full-property, estate, and hoarder cleanouts are quoted after a quick walkthrough or a few photos, since every property is different.
How we quote different jobs
Full-property cleanouts
Hoarder, estate & whole-house jobs are scoped with a quick walkthrough. For heavy-volume jobs we bring 40-yard-dumpster-scale capacity and price the whole project, often across multiple days.
Room & space cleanouts
Basements, attics, and garages are usually priced by volume plus labor. A few photos are often enough for an accurate estimate.
Single items & rentals
Single-item pickups are quick and affordable. 1-day dumpster rentals are flat-rate by time window, with multi-load options for bigger projects.
